info

We use a professional lighting system to create images that bring out details. While others just bounce a flash off the ceiling to eliminate all shadows, we work to create shadows and highlights you would find from a high-end commercial photography studio. This adds depth and life to a photo that simple bounce-flash techniques can’t create. We also use our lighting system for Twilight Photography ensuring correct color balance and brightness.

“ I've been using John Wilbanks as a real estate photographer for over 15 years, and he gets the right of first refusal on any listings of mine. John's services are comprehensive and include lighting, drone, and videography. It's important to me that I work with vendors that are professional, proactive, and have a process, and John checks all of those boxes. They are simply the best at providing me real estate photography without over-saturating or over-processing the photos.  ”

Prepping your home for photography

Simply put, your home should be clean, de-cluttered and photo ready when we arrive. Remove all trash cans (inside and out) and hide them in the garage or a closet. De-clutter the home, specifically counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms (including shower caddies), turn on all the lights and open all the blinds. Your home should look sparse to the eye in order for it to look right in a photograph. For more details on getting your home ready for photography, download our "Preparing Your Home for Photography" tip sheet.
